Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 700 g kohlrabi
- 120 g bacon
- some salt
- n. B. Nutmeg
- 2 tbsp cream cheese
- 60 ml vegetable stock
- 2 tsp tarragon, fresh
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes
Peel the kohlrabi and cut into strips. Place it on a baking sheet lined with aluminum foil, season, and spread with cream cheese, then arrange the bacon on top. Pour the vegetable stock over it. Now seal the aluminum foil into a pocket. Bake the kohlrabi for about 15 minutes in a preheated oven at 180°C (top/bottom heat). Sprinkle with tarragon and serve.
