Spicy chili wrap

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • Flour tortilla(s)
  • 200 g minced meat
  • some salt
  • 1 onion(s)
  • 500 ml tomato(s), chopped
  • 1 tbsp spice mix (chili con carne)
  • 1 tsp curry
  • 1 chili pepper(s)
  • e.g. Tabasco
  • 1 can of corn

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes

Finely chop the onion and fry it with the ground beef until crispy. Season with salt and the chili spice mix. Reduce the heat to low and add the remaining ingredients. Simmer gently for another 20 minutes, then season with curry and Tabasco to taste. Spoon the filling onto the tortillas and wrap them up.
