Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 20 g almond flour, defatted
- 20 g potato fiber
- ½ tsp guar gum
- 2 egg whites
- 50 g butter, room temperature
- ½ tsp salt
- ½ tsp pepper
- BBQ seasoning mix (optional)
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 10 minutes
Preheat oven to 175°C (top and bottom heat). Whisk all ingredients together. Place the dough ball on a sheet of baking paper, cover with another sheet, and roll out thinly. Using a pizza cutter or knife, cut the dough into rectangles directly on the baking paper. Place the baking tray in the preheated oven and bake for approximately 60 minutes at 120°C (top and bottom heat). Season with BBQ seasoning.
