Green beans with pork fillet and potatoes
Brown the pork in the hot fat in a pressure cooker until light brown, then season with pepper and salt and add enough water to cover the meat. Close the lid and let the meat cook for about half an hour. Meanwhile, clean, peel, and slice the beans and potatoes. Let the pressure cooker cool down slowly, open the lid, and add the chopped beans, diced potatoes, and savory. Cook the stew until the beans are tender enough to your liking. This takes about 10 minutes in a closed pressure cooker. Season to taste. You can, of course, also serve the potatoes separately as a meal.
