Ingredients for 3 servings:

  • 1 tub of Cremefine, e.g. from Rama, 15% fat, like crème fraîche
  • 125 g hazelnut nougat
  • 3 tbsp, heaped Ovomaltine or cocoa powder, instant
  • 1 tsp, heaped vanilla seeds
  • 1 tbsp, heaped honey, solid

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Melt the nougat, mix it with the other ingredients, stir well and store in a sealable jar.
