Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 1 m.-large white cabbage, grated
- 4 large potatoes, diced
- 200 g bacon, diced
- 1 m.-sized onion(s), cut into rings
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- ½ liter of hot water

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes
Choui Braise
In a clay pot, render the bacon and braise the onion rings until golden brown. Add the shredded cabbage and diced potatoes and cover with boiling water. Simmer over low heat until the potatoes and cabbage are tender, about 10-15 minutes. Stir frequently. 150 kcal per serving.
