Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 2 apples
  • 2 bananas
  • 4 kiwis
  • some grapes
  • 2 lemons
  • 2 shots of rum
  • some walnut kernels
  • 2 tbsp sugar

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Cut the apples, bananas, kiwis, and grapes into bite-sized pieces and combine in a bowl. Halve the lemons and juice them. Dissolve the sugar in the lemon juice to taste. Pour the juice over the fruit and mix gently again. Season with rum. Sprinkle a few walnuts over the fruit salad and serve. Tip: Also delicious with whipped cream, vanilla sauce, and raisins.
