super delicious, if you like ginger

Peel very soft pears, remove the cores, and chop them into small pieces. Peel and chop the banana. Add 100 ml of lime juice, the juice of one lemon, grated lime zest, ginger, and turmeric. Top up with a 1:2 sugar ratio. I let it draw out a little more juice, then boil gently for about 3 minutes. Immediately pour into hot jars, turn upside down for 5 minutes, and it’s done. Makes about 4 jars, depending on the jar size. Simply divine if you like ginger, and turmeric adds a beautiful color.
