Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 150 g quark
- 6 tbsp milk
- 6 tbsp oil
- 75 g sugar
- 300 g flour
- 1 packet of baking powder
- 2 jars of sour cherries, drained
- ½ liter juice (sour cherry)
- 2 bags of cake glaze, red
- 4 tbsp sugar
- 200 g flour
- 100 g sugar
- 100 g butter
Instructions

Combine the quark, milk, oil, and sugar. Mix the flour and baking powder together and stir in with a dough hook. Roll out the dough on a baking sheet lined with baking paper. Combine the juice with the sugar and cake glaze, fold in the cherries, and bring to a boil in a saucepan. Spread immediately over the dough. Now make the crumble topping (I always make very fine crumbles) and spread it over the cherries. Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C (top and bottom heat) for about 30 minutes.
