Radish milk

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 bunch radishes, large bunch
  • 2 boxes of cress
  • 1 tsp horseradish, freshly grated or from the jar
  • 2 tsp lemon juice
  • 500 ml buttermilk
  • 200 ml carbonated mineral water
  • 3 pinches of ground pepper
  • some sea salt

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Clean and wash the radishes and cut into small pieces. Cut the cress from the bed and place it in a sieve. Rinse briefly with cold water, drain well, and set aside some for garnish. Place the radishes, cress, horseradish, and lemon juice in a blender and puree until smooth. Add the buttermilk and mineral water and blend again. Season the radish milk with salt and pepper, pour into glasses, and garnish with the cress. Serve with a straw, if desired.
