Peach and cucumber smoothie

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 2 peaches
  • 100 g cucumber(s), peeled
  • 50 ml water, non-carbonated
  • 200 ml low-fat kefir
  • 1 tbsp glucose

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

refreshing and low in calories

Cut the peaches and cucumber into small pieces. Place them in a tall container with the kefir, water, and glucose and puree. If you don’t like the peach skin, you can of course peel the peaches. Tastes best served ice-cold.
