Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 kg prawns (raw, with shell, without head)
  • 3 medium-sized garlic cloves
  • 1 m.-large Pepper
  • some salt
  • Olive oil, good

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Peel and slice the garlic. Remove the seeds from the peppers and slice them as well. Heat a pan, add olive oil, and then the prawns. After 2 minutes, turn the prawns over and add the garlic and peppers. Add a little salt, mix everything gently, and serve when the prawns are just pink. Serve with white bread and salad.
