Fish in mustard from the oven

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 2 fish fillets, e.g. B. Pollock, Pangasius or similar.
  • 4 tomatoes, sliced
  • Mustard
  • salt and pepper
  • Herbs of your choice
  • Cheese, grated
  • Fat for the mold

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 35 minutes; Total time approx. 55 minutes

quick, easy and low in calories

Grease a baking dish. Add the tomato slices and season with salt, pepper, and herbs (I usually just use parsley). Place the fish fillet on top of the tomato slices. If the fillet is frozen, let it thaw first. Season the fish the same way you did with the tomato slices. Then spread a little more thickly with mustard. Place more tomato slices on top and season again, perhaps less this time. Sprinkle the grated cheese on top (amount to your liking). Bake in the oven at 175°C for about 35 minutes. Serve with rice or baguette.
