Broccoli and smoked salmon gratin

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 800 g broccoli
  • 200 g smoked salmon
  • 200 ml cream
  • 2 eggs
  • 120 g cheese, grated
  • salt and pepper
  • dill

Cut the broccoli into florets, cut the stems into pieces, and blanch for five to ten minutes (depending on thickness). Drain the broccoli well and place it in a baking dish. Cut the smoked salmon into strips and arrange it on top of the broccoli. Heat the cream and melt about 40g of cheese in it. Add the eggs, mix well, and season with salt, pepper, and plenty of dill. Pour the sauce over the broccoli and salmon. Spread the remaining cheese over the gratin. Cook the gratin at 200°C (top/bottom heat) for about 30 minutes. For two servings, one serving has 667 kcal.
