Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 500 g cocktail tomatoes
  • some oil
  • some onion(s), red
  • a few stalks of spring onions
  • 50 g pine nuts
  • some balsamic vinegar
  • some salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Wash and halve the tomatoes, place them in a bowl, season with salt and pepper. Then add the oil and mix. Chop the red onions into small pieces and add them. Chop the spring onions and add them. Season with balsamic vinegar, salt, and pepper. Serve sprinkled with lightly toasted pine nuts.
