Leberkäse sandwich King Louis

Spread the love

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 slice(s) Leberkäse , large or two small slices
  • 2 slices of sandwich toast
  • 1 spring onion(s)
  • 1 slice(s) cheese, e.g. Gouda, Cheddar, Emmental
  • some cream cheese, natural
  • some mustard
  • 1 egg(s)
  • some oil for frying

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Quick dish

Place the slices of toast in the toaster. Meanwhile, heat the pan on high and add a little oil. Add the Leberkäse (meatloaf) and fry until lightly browned. Spread the toasted slices with cream cheese and finely chop the spring onions. Place the Leberkäse (meatloaf) on the toast and sauté the spring onions in the remaining cooking fat. Then add the egg to the pan and fry. Spread some mustard on the Leberkäse (meatloaf), place the slice of cheese on top and briefly melt it in the microwave. Once the cheese has melted, remove it from the oven, place the spring onions on top of the cheese, then the fried egg and then the other slice of toast. Cut the sandwich diagonally. Of course, the fried egg will burst in the process, but it tastes great when it all runs across the sandwich.
