Multifruit jam with Amaretto and cinnamon

Spread the love

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 2 peaches
  • 2 nectarines
  • 10 plum(s), yellow
  • 4 oranges
  • 500 g gelling sugar 2:1
  • 50 ml Amaretto
  • 1 tsp, heaped cinnamon powder

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

for approx. 5 glasses of 200 ml each, also tastes good with yogurt or quark

Wash and chop the peaches, nectarines, and plums, then place them in a large saucepan. Squeeze the oranges and add the juice. The fruit pulp should be 1 kg. Cook the fruit with the juice until soft, then puree. Bring the fruit puree and the gelling sugar to a boil, stirring constantly, and continue to simmer for another 3 minutes. Then add the Amaretto and cinnamon and stir. Pour the mixture while still hot into 5 prepared jars of approximately 200 ml each and seal immediately. You can, of course, vary the fruit content as desired.
