Fried zucchini slices

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 kg zucchini
  • n. B. Flour
  • salt and pepper
  • n. B. Oil

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Wash the zucchini and cut into fairly thin slices. Mix the flour with salt and pepper. Heat the oil in a pan. Coat the zucchini slices in the flour, shake off some of the excess oil, and fry them in batches on both sides in the hot oil. Serve with garlic mashed potatoes.
