Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 25 g butter, liquid
- 50 g sugar
- 25 ml orange juice, freshly squeezed
- 15 g flour

a delicious dessert garnish that is quick and easy to make
Mix all ingredients into a smooth batter and chill for about 2 hours. Then spread the mixture thinly onto the center of a sheet of baking paper and transfer the paper to a baking tray. Place on the middle rack of an oven preheated to 180 degrees Celsius for about 4 to 12 minutes. The time depends on how thick the mixture is. When it is golden brown, remove it from the oven immediately, lift it off the tray using the paper, and allow to cool. Then place the brittle sheet on kitchen paper to absorb the fat. Break it into pieces as desired and store them in layers in a container for later use. Place a piece of kitchen paper between each layer.
