Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 850 g cherries, fresh or frozen
  • 1 mango(s)
  • 3 sprigs of rosemary
  • 1 packet of gelling sugar (2:1)

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest time approx. 3 hours; Cooking/baking time approx. 3 minutes; Total time approx. 3 hours 13 minutes

Pour the gelling sugar over the cherries and let it sit for a few hours to allow some of the juice to develop. Cut the mango into small cubes and add to the cherries. Strip the rosemary needles from the stems, chop finely, and add. Bring the fruit to a boil and pour into prepared jam jars. Let cool upside down.
