Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 400 g sauerkraut, ready, vegan
  • 100 ml vegetable stock
  • some caraway powder
  • e.g. salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

Heat the sauerkraut and broth in a saucepan for about 5 minutes. Season with caraway seeds, salt, and pepper, and heat for another 5 minutes. Serve.
