Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 kg currants, red
  • 4 large basil leaves
  • 2 pinch(s) ginger powder
  • 2 tbsp vanilla sugar
  • 330 g gelling sugar, 3:1

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Wash the currants and remove the stems. Puree them with the basil. Then bring to a boil with the ginger, vanilla sugar, and gelling sugar and simmer for 4 minutes.
