Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 200 g milk chocolate coating
  • 200 g dark chocolate coating
  • 250 g coconut oil
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 tbsp cocoa powder
  • 60 g powdered sugar
  • 150 g butter biscuits

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Rest time approx. 6 hours; Total time approx. 6 hours 30 minutes

First, melt the two chocolate coatings together with the coconut oil in a water bath. In the meantime, combine the eggs, cocoa, and powdered sugar. Gradually stir the chocolate mixture into the egg mixture. Line a loaf pan with plastic wrap. Then stack the chocolate and cookies in the pan, starting with the chocolate and finishing with a layer of cookies. Cover with the excess plastic wrap and refrigerate for about 5-6 hours.
