Peel the apple, remove the core, and coarsely grate or cut into sticks. Sprinkle with a few drops of lemon juice. Peel the carrots and coarsely grate or cut into sticks. Mix the apple and carrot sticks, flaxseed, and cream, and you’re done. This recipe is suitable for food combining and is considered a protein dish.
