Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 1 cucumber(s)
- 4 leaves of nasturtium, possibly 6 leaves
- 2 tbsp vinegar
- 4 tbsp water
- 1 dashes sweetener, optional
- 1 tsp dill
- n. B. herbal salt
- salt and pepper
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
low-calorie, oil-free
Wash and grate the cucumber. Wash and slice the nasturtiums. Mix the dressing and season to taste. Combine all ingredients and serve in bowls. Salads are usually served with foods that contain a little fat, so there’s no need to add oil.
