Minced meat pan with Chinese cabbage

Ingredients for 3 servings:

  • 500 g minced beef, or mixed
  • 1 bunch of spring onions
  • 400 g Chinese cabbage
  • 3 tbsp oil
  • 5 tbsp soy sauce, light
  • 1 pinch(s) of pepper
  • 1 pinch of sweet paprika powder
  • 1 garlic clove(s)
  • Coriander, fresh or powder

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Low-carb

Chop the garlic, clean and wash the spring onions, and cut them into diagonal pieces (including the green parts). Wash the Chinese cabbage and cut them into strips. Heat the oil in a pan and fry the minced meat until crumbly (about 5 minutes). Stir in the garlic, spring onions, soy sauce, coriander powder, and paprika powder and continue to fry briefly. Finally, add the Chinese cabbage and sauté for about 2-3 minutes. If you want to use fresh coriander, take half a bunch and chop it finely. Mix it into the dish before serving. Approximately 5g of carbohydrates per serving.
