Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 400 g radish(s), white or red
- ½ onion(s)
- 100 g sour cream
- 1 tbsp vinegar
- ½ tbsp lemon juice
- ½ tsp salt
- ¼ tsp pepper
- ½ tsp mustard
- ½ tbsp parsley
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Rest time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 45 minutes
Coarsely grate the radish and onion and mix with the other ingredients. Let it marinate well, then season to taste.
