Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 1 banana(s)
- 1 apple
- 1 handful of nettles or arugula or sorrel
- 1 sprig(s) mint
- 1 sprig(s) basil
- 1 piece(s) ginger
- 2 tsp honey
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp oil
- 200 ml apple juice, naturally cloudy

Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. If the smoothie is too thick, thin it with a little juice or water. The ingredients here are just a sample. The basic ingredients for a green smoothie are green leafy vegetables such as dandelion leaves, chard, spinach, carrot tops, or nettle, and fruits such as banana, pineapple, pear, kiwi, apple, and mango. Juice or water is also recommended.
