- 250 ml coconut milk
- 500 g red fruit compote (cherry compote)
- 2 bananas, sliced
- maple syrup
- Cinnamon

Lightning-fast vegan dessert.
Heat the coconut milk in a small saucepan, add the banana slices and, depending on the sweetness of the bananas, maple syrup. Bring to a boil briefly. Ladle the cherry compote into dessert bowls, pour the lukewarm banana coconut milk over the top, and sprinkle with a little cinnamon.
