Quick giant mushrooms with Gorgonzola and mascarpone filling

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 8 large mushrooms
  • 3 tbsp mascarpone
  • 100g Gorgonzola
  • black pepper
  • some butter, melted

Instructions

Working time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

also suitable as a vegetarian barbecue side dish

Brush the mushrooms, remove the stems, and finely chop them. Mash the Gorgonzola with a fork or pass it through a sieve. Mix the Gorgonzola with the mascarpone, plenty of black pepper, and the chopped mushroom stems. Spread the mixture into the mushrooms. Place them in a buttered baking dish and bake at 180°C for about 15 minutes. Tip: You can also grill them on oiled aluminum foil at moderate heat.
