Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 1 large cucumber(s)
- 2 tbsp sunflower seeds
- 2 tbsp sunflower oil
- 1 tbsp table vinegar
- 1 tbsp sesame seeds

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 2 minutes; Total time approx. 12 minutes

Toast the sesame seeds and seeds in a non-stick pan without oil. Peel and finely chop the cucumber, and place it in a bowl. Add the oil and vinegar. Stir in the toasted ingredients and mix everything together. Serve.
