First, process the oat flakes into flour in a blender or with a hand blender. Then, knead all the ingredients except the desiccated coconut together. Shape the mixture into balls and fill them with almonds or other nuts, if desired. The size of the balls can be adjusted to your liking. I used four small balls. Finally, roll the balls in desiccated coconut and/or nut flakes and refrigerate for half an hour. If you’re not so concerned about fat, you can use coconut cream instead of yogurt.
