Green smoothie with kale, spinach and co.

Ingredients for 3 servings:

  • 5 cubes of frozen kale, minis
  • 5 cubes of spinach, frozen, minis
  • 1 handful of arugula
  • 1 handful of lamb’s lettuce
  • 1 banana(s)
  • ½ apple
  • 1 orange(s)
  • 1 sprig(s) mint
  • ¼ cucumber(s)
  • 300 ml water

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

lightning fast, easy and super delicious

The green ingredients should be added to the blender in roughly equal amounts—except for the mint, for which one sprig is sufficient. Add all ingredients to the blender and blend. It’s best to refrigerate the fruit and water beforehand, so the smoothie is nice and cold and fresh immediately after blending. For the same reason, I always use frozen spinach and frozen kale instead of fresh. For guests, garnish with a bit of mint and perhaps an orange slice.
