Lime-Basil-Sorbet

Ingredients for 6 servings:

  • 200 ml sugar
  • 200 ml water
  • 200 ml lime juice
  • 4 limes, zest
  • 1 handful of basil

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Combine all ingredients in a blender. If you don’t have a blender, finely chop the basil leaves. Then place them in a suitable container and chill in the freezer for 6-8 hours, or overnight is best. A very fruity refreshment on hot days or as a cool-down between two courses during a meal.
