Marshmallow Nutella dip

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 120 g chocolate drops
  • 1 pack of marshmallows
  • 1 pack of biscuits (e.g. butter biscuits)
  • 3 tbsp Nutella

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 12 minutes; Total time approx. 17 minutes

For butter cookies

Preheat the oven to 200°C (top and bottom heat) and warm the Nutella in a double boiler or in the microwave. Place the chocolate chips in a baking dish and spread the melted Nutella evenly over the chocolate. Place the marshmallows next to each other on top of the chocolate layer and bake for 10-12 minutes, until the marshmallows have a brown crust. Serve warm with the cookies.
