Creme fraiche with garlic

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 2 cups of crème fraîche
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 1 tbsp mustard
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 pack of frozen herbs (8 herbs)

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 5 minutes

Garlic Dip

Pour the crème fraîche into a bowl, add the garlic press, and mix in the soy sauce, mustard, and herbs. Stir everything together and let it sit in the refrigerator for an hour. Serve the dip with raw vegetables, bread, or chips, or even with a barbecue.
