Ingredients for 5 servings:
- 1 large baguette(s)
- 250 g minced meat, mixed
- 1 onion(s)
- 150 g cheese, grated (Gouda)
- 3 tomatoes, sliced
- 1 egg(s)
- cream
- 1 tbsp tomato paste
- 1 tsp mustard
- Cup of basil
- Oregano, shredded
- salt and pepper
Instructions
Working time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes
Halve the baguette lengthwise and hollow out the meat. Soak the crumbs in cream and mix with the minced meat. Add the egg, tomato paste, mustard, and finely chopped onion, season with salt and pepper, and mix thoroughly. Spread the mixture onto the hollowed-out baguette halves. Bake in the oven at 220°C for 15 minutes. Remove briefly and top with tomato slices, sprinkle with basil, and oregano. Sprinkle with grated cheese and bake for another 10 minutes at 220°C.
