- olive oil
- 800 g wild boar (loin)
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest time approx. 12 hours; Total time approx. 12 hours 10 minutes
Cut the wild boar loin into 4 steaks, pound, season, and marinate in olive oil until the next day. Briefly sear the steaks on both sides, then place them in a baking dish, cover with aluminum foil, and continue cooking in the oven at 125 degrees Celsius for about 25 minutes. You’re sure to succeed.
