Stuffed meatloaf

Soak the rolls and dice the onion. Mix together the minced meat, squeezed-out rolls, onions, and eggs. Season with salt, pepper, mustard, and marjoram. Spread the meat mixture into a rectangle (approx. 26 x 20 cm) on a piece of plastic wrap. Cover with ham and cheese slices and roll into a roulade using the film. Carefully remove the film and place the meat roll on an oiled baking sheet. Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C for about 1 hour. Serve with mashed potatoes, carrots, or buttered peas. It doesn’t look good with gravy.
