Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 1 mango(s)
  • 1 half cucumber(s)
  • Oil, neutral
  • salt and pepper
  • chili

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 5 minutes

Peel and dice the cucumber, as well as the mango. Drizzle with about 2 tablespoons of oil, add salt, pepper, and chili to taste. Let it sit for about an hour. It goes great with grilled food!
