Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 500 g rhubarb
- 150 g sugar
- 2 packets of vanilla sugar
- 500 g quark (low-fat quark)
- 125 ml milk
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
Instructions
Working time approx. 25 minutes; Rest time approx. 2 hours; Total time approx. 2 hours 25 minutes
Wash the rhubarb, drain, cut into approximately 2 cm long pieces, and sprinkle with 100 g of sugar. Once the rhubarb has released enough juice, sauté the pieces with 1 packet of vanilla sugar in a saucepan until soft. Let the rhubarb cool. Mix the quark with milk, 50 g of sugar, and 1 packet of vanilla sugar, and season with lemon juice. Layer the quark cream alternately with the rhubarb in a glass bowl.
