Low-carb pizza made from egg and curd dough

Ingredients for 3 servings:

  • 3 eggs
  • 3 tbsp curd
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1 pinch(s) of pepper
  • 150 ml tomato(s), strained
  • 2 tbsp ketchup, light
  • 100 g cheese, grated
  • 8 slices of cooked ham

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes

Preheat the oven to 180°C fan/convection oven. Line two baking sheets with baking paper. Separate the eggs. Combine the egg yolks with the quark, salt, and pepper. Beat the egg whites until stiff peaks form and fold into the quark and egg yolk mixture. Form 8 small pizzas, place them on the baking sheets, and bake for 20 minutes at 180°C. Combine the passata and ketchup, spread on the pizzas, top with cooked ham and cheese, and bake for another 10 minutes, until the cheese is melted.
