Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 250 g cauliflower, cleaned
- 200 g Gouda, grated
- 1 egg(s)
- 1 pinch of salt
- ½ bunch of spring onions
- 60 g breakfast bacon
- 3 tbsp herb cream cheese

simply delicious and very simple
Finely grate the cauliflower and steam it in the microwave at 600 watts for about 8 minutes. Preheat the oven to 220°C. Combine the Gouda cheese with the egg, a pinch of salt, and the cauliflower. Spread the batter on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, about 1 cm thick. Bake the tarte flambée in the oven for about 15 minutes until golden brown. Spread the herb cream cheese on top, sprinkle with the chopped spring onions and bacon, and bake for another 10 minutes.
