Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 150 g gluten
- 50 g psyllium seeds, whole
- 50 g flaxseed flour
- 50 g flour (hemp flour)
- 350 g low-fat curd cheese
- 4 m.-sized eggs
- 100 g sunflower seeds
- 2 tsp bread spice mix
- 2 bags of baking powder
- 1 tsp salt
- sesame seeds for sprinkling
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Rest time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 50 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour 30 minutes
without nuts, with gluten
Beat the eggs with the salt until frothy, then add the dry ingredients and mix. Finally, add the quark. Knead everything well and for a long time with a dough hook until you have a firm but sticky dough. Form a nice loaf, place it on baking paper, and bake for about 50 minutes at 200°C (fan oven). I also sprinkled sesame seeds on top.
