Super-fast low-carb pizza base

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 2 eggs
  • 2 tbsp flour (almond flour or coconut flour)
  • 4 tbsp Parmesan, finely grated
  • 50 g cream cheese
  • Salt
  • herbs, Italian
  • possibly garlic

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

with almonds, egg and Parmesan

Preheat the oven to 200°C. Lightly beat the eggs, then add the other ingredients until you have a thick batter (similar to waffle batter). Season with salt, garlic, and herbs, if desired. Now spread out a layer of baking paper or use a round pizza pan. Spread the batter on or inside it. You should have a surface the size of a frozen pizza. The batter will still be quite liquid, so you can simply spread it with a spoon to the desired size. Bake the batter in the oven for about 15-20 minutes (until it is nicely browned). Then remove it from the oven and top it with pizza toppings as desired. Then bake for another 15 minutes.
