Peaches baked with goat cheese

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 8 half peaches
  • 8 small goat’s cheeses
  • 8 mint leaves
  • 8 Physalis
  • some oil for the mold

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Drain the canned peaches, or halve and peel fresh peaches. Preheat oven to 180 degrees Celsius (350 degrees Fahrenheit). Place the peaches in a lightly oiled baking dish and top each peach half with a small slice of goat’s cheese. Place in the oven and bake until the cheese begins to brown. Arrange on small plates and garnish with the mint leaves. Fold back the outer leaves of the physalis and arrange on the plates. Serve warm. Can be served as an appetizer or dessert.
