Pear and goat cheese on toast

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 4 bulb(s)
  • 4 slices of goat’s cheese
  • 4 tsp crème fraîche
  • 4 slices of toast
  • 1 pinch of honey
  • Currant jam

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

Lightly toast the bread in a toaster and place it on a baking sheet. Peel the pears and cut a slice from the center. Remove the cores. Place the slice with the hole on the bread and drizzle a little honey over the pear slice. Place crème fraîche and a dollop of blackcurrant jam in the center. Place the thickly sliced ​​goat’s cheese on top and bake in the oven at 175°C (350°F) for 10 minutes. Then cut out the tops with a round cutter (for aesthetic purposes only). Garnish as desired.
