An avocado, mango, passion fruit, and banana salad tastes great between meals, as a starter, or as a healthy dessert. All you need is a ripe avocado, a ripe mango, 1-2 passion fruits, a banana, good olive oil, and balsamic vinegar. As an alternative to regular olive oil, I recommend lemon- or lime-flavored olive oil. This gives the salad a delicate, fruity note. Peel the mango, banana, and avocado and cut the flesh into thin strips. Arrange all the fruit on a plate. Drizzle with a mixture of lemon oil and balsamic vinegar (no salt or pepper), cut open the passion fruit, and spoon the contents over the salad.
