Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 2 apples
  • 2 bananas
  • 100 ml orange juice
  • 1 dashes lemon juice

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Pour 100 ml of orange juice into a measuring jug. Wash the apples thoroughly, cut them into small pieces, and add them to the measuring jug. Peel the bananas and cut them into small pieces, then add them to the measuring jug. Add a squeeze of lemon juice if desired. Blend everything for about 2 minutes. Pour the finished smoothie into glasses and enjoy.
