Fruity oat milk

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 100 g oat milk (oat drink)
  • 50 g orange juice, freshly squeezed
  • 200 g pear(s) (weighed pear pulp)
  • some vanilla powder
  • some cinnamon powder
  • a little ginger root

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Chop the pear flesh into small pieces. Combine the oat milk and orange juice in a blender, along with a pinch of cinnamon and vanilla along with the pear pieces. Puree everything with an immersion blender. Stir in a tiny bit of peeled and finely diced ginger with the immersion blender. The oat milk should only taste of a hint of ginger. If you like, you can sweeten it to taste. Pour the fruity oat milk into a beautiful glass and enjoy.
